Goldman & Fine Group is looking to recruit Registered Care Manager for senior care home in the Ramsgate area (5524) – must be efficient.

As a Registered Care Manager who takes pride in caregiving management, you must ensure that you provide an outstanding level of service.
You must be able to do all aspects of a managerial role, including training, recruitment and introduction of caregivers, retention activities, supervision of direct reports, carry out service calls, complaints, finance, quality assurance, use care management systems and ensure all procedures and policies are correctly followed.
You should ideally have the following:
- 3 years Managerial experience in Children’s residential home or 5 plus years working in a Children’s Care home
- Undertake any training that is deemed necessary or mandatory by the company
- Maintain and improve professional knowledge and competence
- Attend meetings to network and actively raise the profile of senior care home
- Ensure that all who encountered are treated with dignity and respect
- To liaise with other professionals, regarding referrals, the ongoing care of current and potential customers
- Must have a clear DBS
- Must have a full driving license and access to own transport
- Must be acceptable as a Registered Care Manager to Ofsted
