Goldman & Fine Group is currently looking for experienced Sales Lead Generators (Buddies) to start immediately in a respectable, impressive, on-the-ball digital media advertising company based in London.

Our client is one of the UK’s leading digital media marketing agencies, providing unrivalled advertising opportunities in major sports arenas and at the world’s top sporting events. Worldwide brands and highly recognisable names are represented across Premier League billboards, boxing arenas and professional snooker halls. They are looking for Lead Generators to break down obstacles to speak to the right people in the right places, setting up appointments for the sales teams. They are offering an attractive rate of pay and bonus structure in return.

This is an excellent opportunity to show your telesales, persuasion and communication skills as an expert telesales advisor, to help take this ever-expanding company to new heights.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ telesales experience, be dynamic and focused, with a hunger for a commission-driven salary. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales.

The successful candidate will be:

  • making a large amount of phone calls each day, aiming for a target amount of contacts per day
  • opening conversations with decision makers
  • managing and developing new leads
  • building relationships both internally and externally
  • carrying out data input and data management on the CRM system

Applicants will:

  • have a minimum of 2 years telesales experience, preferably in a business to business environment
  • be comfortable with high volume calling
  • be articulate, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • be able to start and develop a business conversation to identify client wants, needs  and ideals
  • have experience in effectively using top class, proven selling methods
  • have strong sales and business acumen
  • have a really strong work ethic, being proactive and motivated enough to get the job done
  • exhibit and encourage high energy levels
  • have an approachable, confident attitude
  • be open to learning new skills
  • take ownership of actions taken and decisions made
