Qualities we are looking for
This is a full time, permanent vacancy and we need committed individuals, we do not clock-watch or keep your time – that is your responsibility – and full-time hours are flexible, as out-of-hours calls may be necessary. We are offering a basic rate of pay, which will be enhanced with performance-related commission.

We need a Resourcer assisting the Recruitment Consultants by sourcing appropriate, quality candidates from job boards and our in-house database,
Responding to received applications and calling candidates to validate them prior to a detailed conversation with a Recruitment Consultant.
Create job cards, upload candidates and update client and applicant details
Pro-active in your approach, organised and reliable, with a strong work ethic. Your telephone manner will need to be excellent, as will be your customer service skills.
You will build a relationship with candidates, often being the first point of contact. You will be mindful of active vacancies across the company and direct candidates to other suitable opportunities as appropriate.
Your role will involve:
