Goldman & Fine Group is looking to recruit an Accident Repair Bodyshop Customer Service Executive in the Camberley area (3636).

My client is a busy, established chain of vehicle repair centres, offering an attractive rate of pay and a friendly, supportive workplace.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is a hands-on role with specific responsibility for the high-level management of their customer journey experience in connection with vehicles being repaired within their network of eight accident repair centres. Working as part of their established Group Services team, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to raise the bar in respect of providing a truly ‘great’ customer service experience and accomplish this by delivering a solid and consistent central communication facility promoting the company’s brand values.

The Customer Service Executive, as part of the Customer Service Team, will:

  • discuss and take down repair requirements, creating necessary paperwork
  • arrange for estimates to be undertaken
  • book vehicles into the workshop, ensuring workshop capacity is maximised
  • organise the allocation of courtesy cars
  • book insurance engineers to authorise repairs
  • create and maintain accurate paperwork, such as files, reports and job cards
  • liaise between the bodyshop team and senior management
  • ensure customers receive the very best care
  • driving repeat business/retail visits
  • effectively manage customer expectations
  • represent the group appropriately
