Goldman & Fine Group is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor or Lead Customer Service Advisor in Croydon.

My client is a busy, well-established chain of vehicle repair centres, offering an attractive rate of pay, depending on position and experience, and excellent working environment.

The Customer Service Advisor will:

  • discuss and take down repair requirements, creating necessary paperwork
  • arrange for estimates to be undertaken
  • book vehicles into the workshop
  • organise the allocation of courtesy cars
  • book insurance engineers to authorise repairs
  • prepare job cards
  • maintain accurate files
  • provide regular reports

The Lead Customer Service Advisor will:

  • lead your team to achieve and exceed targets
  • monitor customer experience through call listening and complaint handling
  • ensure customer complaints are dealt with in a timely manner and escalations are reduced
  • recognising and solving or escalating issues
  • identify opportunities to improve customer relations and processes
  • motivate and engage all employees, ensuring their capabilities are fully developed
  • provide relevant training opportunities
  • model the company values, gaining regular feedback on how you have demonstrated them within the business
  • adhere to all processes, procedures and national standards
  • maintain effective communication

Applicants must:

  • have experience of working in a bodyshop or car body repair centre at the relevant level
  • be computer literate
  • have excellent communication and customer service skills
