We experienced very poor and lacklustre service from other recruitment companies ourselves when trying to hire staff, so we understood the pain points: a lack of understanding of our brief; knowledge of our company needs; sending us unsuitable candidates due to ‘not getting’ what we were looking for and, finally, not fully vetting candidates before sending them to us. This always made for a painful and costly recruitment experience, delivering poor results. We knew that we could do so much better and having reached a crossroads in our careers, we decided why not, let’s give this a go. So, we did!
